Plymouth Sailing School was set up in 1957 and is one of the UK's longest established sea schools. We are proud of our reputation for safety conscious fun and professionalism. We work hard to accommodate all of our customers requirements from the complete beginner to the Professional Yachtmaster.

Consecutive Dates for a Concentrated Yachtmaster Programme
EVERY MONTH: consecutive courses for those working towards OOW and Mate or Master's MCA orals:
YM Shorebased (MCA module), YM exam prep Sail or Power + conversion exam option, Radio SRC, F. Aid (Not STCW) ; Survival (STCW), YM OCEAN Shorebased (MCA module)
Powerboat level 2 and advanced also available in same time period.

Courses are being arranged all the time. Please call us if you wish to do a course on dates not currently listed and we will try to make it happen!
RYA/DOT Exam Candidates for Sail, Power and Sportsboat qualifications.
We have exam sessions for sail and power going on all the time as well as monthly First Aid, VHF radio and sea survival courses for exam candidates. We can arrange individual tuition at any time & new courses are continually being arranged, call us for an up-date on what is available or for advice if you are not sure about exams.
